I am writing to compliment you on the service provided by Mark Harrison, Ron Petrie, and Lundy Hamilton. They moved the contents of our home from Westerville to Clintonville over the past two days and did an excellent job. They moved everything, including some extremely heavy pieces of furniture and large pieces of glass, without so much as a tiny scratch. In addition, they were all polite and friendly. They were real professionals. We also appreciated the personable and professional intial estimator, who asked us detailed questions that we never would have thought to tell her, and the follow-up calls to be sure the move was going well.

I've spoken with Abby about our move. On the whole it was fantastic. The packers and movers were courteous and efficient. Yes indeed. This was my second move with EE Ward in just over a year and I could not have been more satisfied. Nothing was scratched or damaged and everything was transported carefully. All items and boxes were places in the correct rooms and moving personnel were courteous and friendly.
Abby Phillips, who was my estimator for both moves, could not have been more helpful, thorough, responsive, and friendly. She made the move as simple and painless as possible.

We were very pleased with the work done at the old house, and the timely and efficient delivery at the new house. We would definitely recommend you. The only error was made in our email address spelling our name incorrectly and I had to call. Everything did end up OK although it would have been better not doing the paperwork at the last minute.

Had a very good experience with this company. I moved across country with antique sentimental furniture and was heart broken when one piece was seriously damaged. I was extremely happy with how the claim was handeled and with the beautiful repair that was done. I would highly recommend this company and also will use them again if I have to move.
